1Herbs.com offers subscription services on our products for customer convenience. When signing up for the Subscribe with 1Herbs.com service on this website, it is important that you read this Terms of Service documentation carefully.
Subscription Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Terms and Conditions”) for Subscribe with 1Herbs.com. These Terms are between you and 1Herbs.com and/or its affiliates (“1Herbs.com“, “we” or “us“), and govern our respective rights and obligations. Please note that your use of the 1Herbs.com website and any Subscribe with 1Herbs.com subscription is also governed by our Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the 1Herbs.com website, all of which are subject to change. If you sign up for a Subscribe with 1Herbs.com subscription, you accept these Terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements.
Subscription Benefit
>The Subscribe with 1Herbs.com benefits enable you to save money when you subscribe for multiple months of product and also save you the hassle of having to re-order manually every month. The subscription order will be automatically filled and shipped, unless a cancelation request has been received.
Subscription Cancellation
Your Subscribe with 1Herbs.com subscription will continue until canceled. You may manage or cancel your Subscribe with 1Herbs.com subscription by logging into My Account, by calling 1-877-220-4719 or emailing your name and order number to [email protected] and state what you would like to cancel. If a cancelation request is not received within 24hr of your subscription date, a new order will be filled, and you will be responsible for the charges associated with the subscription order.
Fee and Renewal
If all eligible payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your subscription fee, you must provide us a new eligible payment method promptly or your subscription will be canceled. If you provide us with a new eligible payment method and are successfully charged, your new subscription period will vary depending on your chosen subscription.
For the purposes of pricing your order, the price of the subscription is calculated as of the time the order is created and will not be updated further after that time.
UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US 24HRS BEFORE YOUR RENEWAL DATE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL, YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR SUBSCRIBE WITH 1HERBS.COM SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEE AND ANY TAXES, USING ANY ELIGIBLE PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.
Agreement Changes
We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms without notice.
Termination by Us
We may terminate your Subscribe with 1Herbs.com subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so after you have been charged a subscription fee but prior to our shipment of the subscription for that month, your subscription will be canceled and we will give you a refund of the applicable subscription fee for that month. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of any Subscribe with 1Herbs.com subscription, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
Returns
All returns of Subscribe with 1Herbs.com subscriptions are subject to the 1Herbs.com Returns & Refunds policy.
Subscription Intervals
All subscriptions are billed and subscription orders are shipped in 30day increments starting at the date and time of your first order. The date and time of your first order can be found in the original invoice emailed from [email protected].
